At Happy Tails Pet Center, we make it easy to get your pet’s food and supplies. Choose in-store pick-up or local delivery at checkout.

Pick-up Hours: Tue–Fri 12:00-5:00pm, Sat 12:00–5:00pm - Order cut-off time is 2:00pm

Pick-up orders have no handling charge.

Delivery: Available Tue–Sat, delivered by 7:00pm- Order cut-off time is 2:00pm

Delivery is Free with purchase over $75.00.

Minimum delivery is $25.00 and a $5.00 fee for orders under $75.00.

We do advise that you be available upon delivery to put your frozen items in the freezer. (We are not packing frozen items with insulation or ice at this time.)

You’ll be notified when your order is ready or on the way.

How Pickup Works:

» Place your order online through our store.

»  Select “In-Store Pick-up” at checkout.

»  You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
»  Pick up at the main counter — fast and easy.

» Frozen Orders:
Kept safely in our freezers until you arrive.

How Delivery Works:

» Add items to your cart and select “Local Delivery” at checkout.

»  A delivery fee (if one applies) and time window will appear at checkout.

»  We'll pack your order with care (frozen items are not packed in ice or insulated at this time.)

» Orders are delivered by our integrated delivery partner.
If you won’t be home, leave delivery notes (cooler placement, gate code, etc.)
We highly recommend being home to put frozen items in the freezer upon delivery.

 »  You'll receive tracking updates or delivery confirmation depending on the delivery partner’s system.

Can I place a same-day order?
Place your order before 2:00pm for guaranteed same day delivery. If you place your order later than that, we cannot guarantee same day delivery. Please check our facebook page here Happy Tails Pet Center Facebook page  for days/hours available or call for availability during Holidays or bad weather.

Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
There is a minimum amount of $25.00 for delivery with a $5.00 delivery fee under $75.00.  

Can I include special instructions?
Yes — add notes during checkout for gate codes, cooler placement, or drop-off preferences.
